With the rapid growth of Lebara into multi products, they required a new tool that would allow their sales team to better promote their different products to customers and businesses, and we came up with the Lebara Hub. Lebara Hub is an app that would work across various devices, and allow the sales rep to seamlessly move from one product to another to inform and up-sell to their customers.

From this tool they can easily show the latest rates to the customer, tell them about new products or offers they have available and even sign them up right there, making it easier than ever to acquire new customers. I creatively lead the design and build of the app, managing stakeholders and working with various departments across Lebara products to ensure their needs were heard, prioritised and included within the app.
